The height of a pass depends on the strength of the passer and/or the distance which it is being thrown. Short pass attempts are generally thrown with very little trajectory before it reaches the receiver. Long passes require height to carry the distance needed to get to the receiver. Not unusual for passes thrown long to reach heights of 40 feet.

Punts often reach over 75 feet.

it depends on who is throwing it or who is kicking it. If i was throwing it it would go into space but if my grandma threw it it wouldn't go over her saggy 8oo8s
